IREX invites all county libraries to apply for the second round of the Biblionet program starting with the 25th of November.

18 county libraries and 300 local public libraries (municipal, city and/or commune libraries) will be selected to join Biblionet in this round.

The Biblionet Application Package together with the Application Guide and the Scorecards will be posted online on the 25th of November at www.biblionet.ro.

All the applying county libraries will receive a username and a password from IREX, in order to be able to access these online materials. This information will be sent to county library directors on the 25th of November, 2009.

The application deadline for Round 2 of the Biblionet program is the 29th of January, 2010.

The results of the selection will be announced on the 25th of March, 2010.
