Announcement of Biblionet Round 2 selected county librariesThe Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Hunor Kelemen, will announce during the press conference taking place at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Multimedia Hall, which counties are accepted into the second round of Biblionet Program. The Minister will also present the results of the study called Effects of the economical crisis on cultural operators, conducted by the Centre for Studies and Research in Culture from the Ministry.
